Go back to school light, and unafraid, owning your own thinking.
A calm month, gently held, where a young mind keeps its thinking alive, and walks into September confident, relaxed, and its own.
A one-month, one-to-one journey, curated for your child.
The Summer Thinking Space is not holiday cramming, and it is not a set of worksheets. It is a month in which a young mind learns to trust the way it thinks, with maths as the lens through which that thinking is gently developed over the long break.
Every session is one to one, and deeply attentive. I meet your child exactly as they arrive that day, and the work is drawn out around what they bring: their strengths, their tender spots, how they meet pressure, where the fear of getting it wrong lives, and how they settle. Never a script applied to them.
Through maths, a mind learns to trust itself.
Every summer brings its camps and courses, each one pouring in more: more content, more facts, more practice. Yet few tend to the one thing that decides whether any of it is absorbed, the state of the child receiving it. A mind that is anxious or braced cannot take much in. A mind that is calm, and believes in its own thinking, becomes wonderfully absorbent.
This is the quiet work we do: not filling the mind, but tending the state that lets it learn.
There is a quiet art at the centre of this work: to read a question and truly understand it, to answer from your own thinking rather than from compliance, and to keep that thinking your own. When thinking is owned this way, the anxiety slips away and the enjoyment of real learning begins to flow.
Read. Understand. Own.
I studied Pure Mathematics at Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London, and hold a BSc with Honours. Over three immersive years I have steeped myself in conscious parenting and somatic practice, learning to let a young nervous system settle before the thinking begins. And across more than a decade I have sat with children one to one, using maths as a gentle lens to feel how a young mind is really doing beneath the surface.

Their own journal. A space that is theirs alone, to capture the journey in their own words.
A handbook to keep. A personal handbook drawn from all we discover together, theirs to return to whenever term time feels heavy.
Away from the weight of term time and the need to perform, the mind is finally allowed to rest. And it is in that rest that a young mind finds its own thinking, unhurried and free to wonder. This is the quiet work of the summer: a gentle reset, so that come September your child meets the classroom and the exam hall already calm, already their own, and ready to think.
